| I can't say enough about Captain Kens professionalism. He knows his fishing on Lake Ontario. When I contacted Captain Ken in October to book my winning charter from my membership with U.S. Outdoorsman Central, it was already late in the season. That was not a problem with Captain Ken. We just booked for an April charter... It turns out that April is a truly great month for fishing. The morning of the charter started out in rain and winds of 20+.... Not the nicest conditions to start with but that's fishing. Captain Ken put us right over the fish and fast. The first line wasn't in the water five minutes when we had "FISH ON".. Then fish on and on and on and on.... We caught and released over 25 fish that day.. If you are looking for a great Charter you can't go wrong using Stingray Charters with Captain Ken DeVey.
